SAN FRANCISCO, March 19, 2009 -- Salesforce.com [NYSE: CRM], the enterprise cloud computing company, today introduced Premier Training, a new subscription-based training model that makes it easy for customers to train employees on Salesforce.com CRM Management and Force.com to maximize user adoption, productivity and ROI. Premier Training includes classes, workshops and courses held at sales CRM training centers around the world, virtual classes delivered by an instructor over the Web, an interactive self-paced online course in sales force management , certification exams, and additional marketing automation services.
