Presentation Cycle: Handling Q&A
Module Objectives:
- Identify the Dos and Don’ts when handling the Q&A at the
end of a presentation
- Discover and practice a strategy for using the Q&A
session to reinforce the most important points of your
presentation
- Learn skills to remain calm and focused when you must
deal with objections that seem confrontational or hostile
- Discover what to do when you don’t have the answer
Field Work:
- List any questions you expect when delivering
presentations to your three accounts and devise
appropriate responses to each anticipated question
- Bridge back to value items or main ideas you want to
reinforce.
- Create an opportunity To present information to your key accounts and give them an opportunity to ask questions.
